I will not be put in a position of interpreting people's votes or whether
certain conditions are met via a formula to determine whether your vote is
"yes" or "no". You said that you vote "yes", so I am recording a "yes"
unless you later change it before the end of the voting period. I am not
in the business of deciding whether all the language interpretations meet
your standards. That is for you to decide before you cast your vote.
