[Lnc-business] Delegate allocations for the 2018 LP national convention

I know that my listing of state chair contact information is several months
old, so I am requesting the assistance of LNC Regional Representatives to
forward this email to your current state chairs.  Also, if Mr. Hayes as
chair of the ASC could forward it to the state chairs' email list, that
would be helpful.  Thank you in advance!

   Libertarian Party national convention in New Orleans, LA
   - shows the statistics you'll need for region formation calculations

This document is a subset of a larger document, the Delegation Chair's
Manual, which I am in the process of updating for the 2018 convention.
