[Lnc-business] Draft Proposal for Feedback: Outreach Committee

1. 5-7 is generally the ideal size where you have enough voices to get varied opinion but not so much you can’t get anything done and defeat the purpose of the subcommittee.
2. Having a subcommittee that has the power to designate representatives for the Party, that also is made up primarily of non-LNC members strikes me as a potential breech of the LNCs fiduciary duty insure that the Party “remain separate and distinct from all other political parties and entities” as per our bylaws.
At most I think a Committee like this would report back to the LNC.
Why would we have LNC members on this committee as an after thought?
Members elect us for a reason. We are supposed to be making these sorts of decisions.
