[Lnc-business] April meeting

Dear colleagues:

I have been thinking about this one for a while now, and have come to a
decision.  Due to the timing of my exams, I do not believe I will be able
to attend the April meeting.  This would ordinarily not be a huge concern,
but I missed the last meeting due to weather.  As a result, I will be
removed from the LNC at the April meeting.  I am not averse, though, to
resigning prior to the meeting, if that is desired.  Since it is relevant,
I will mention that I do not intend to seek any position on the LNC or JC
at the convention, and do not expect to seek any committee appointments for
the next several years, at least.  If others would prefer I resign now, so
that a replacement can be selected prior to the meeting, please let me know
and I will do so.
