Joshua,

First off, good luck on your finals.  I look forward to increased donations to the Party once you pass the bar.

Considering the weather issue we experienced, and how close were are to Convention my inclination would be to reappoint you to the seat by an email vote.

I value your fellowship, friendship, and wisdom and look forward to sharing this fairly functional dysfunctional family/LNC with you one more time in our hopefully brief meeting before the start of the Convention in NOLA.
