[Lnc-business] Brainstorming committee

No this isn't a motion, but we had done this in the past - a group got
together for few meetings and with a "no ideas are bad ideas" approach put
together a brainstorming list.  I have one of the old reports that I will
distribute.  I think this is a fantastic thing to do again and get people
not from the same old idea pool involved.
