Attached is a markup of the bylaws changes adopted in New Orleans.  I've
run it by the Bylaws Committee, and I've received no feedback suggesting
I'd missed anything.

Don't fret the extra blank space on page 5.  It will self-cure in the final
copy.

I'll send the final copy to staff for posting on the website, so I'm sure
they'll have it posted promptly.
