[Lnc-business] Fragmented email chains

   With so many people replying outside of the lnc business list or adding
   seperate names to their replies I've found it next to impossible to
   keep track of email chains because they get split up and fragmented
   into mutilple other chains.
   I'm thinking maybe we need a refresher course on how to use the
   business list without this happening?
