[Lnc-business] Request for co-sponsors re: JC

When Mr. Sarwark asks for agenda items for the September meeting, that
would be an opportune time to discuss having that added. It looks like
we are going to be addressing the committee to find better election
procedures, and I agree that we should probably have an up or down vote
for this as the JC in 2020 so they can be confirmed by the body, if this
is the route we take.
Since that is an item that we may want to discuss in more depth,
September would likely be the best time.
