Understood.  I also would prefer to keep it simple.  Like I said, keeping it separate is fine, but a plan for 2020 would be smart imho.  All the usual crap plus POTUS and VP selection, I'd just as soon have it knocked out early so we have them if we need them. 
No need for it to be an LNC decision, just as easily could be a group of individuals with a plan for a motion to suspend l, but it was a concern I thought needed to be noted.
It has 0 affect on my decision on this motion.
Side note, I should probably quit using "imho" I think it is quite plain I am anything but humble in my opinions. ;)

I don't want to complicate this motion.  There is nothing in here that prevents a 2020 fix and if no fix takes place, the LNC would continue to recognize until 2022. That is my purposeful intention here.

My concern being that while between now and then anything dealt with will mostly affect us, but during convention several other issues might arise that would require a JC that is binding.
Though to my knowledge this may require a motion to suspend rules at the convention instead, which is fine, just trying to get the thought process started to address that rather than end up with a FUBAR situation in 2020 while trying to conduct important business.
