[Lnc-business] Heads up re: breaks at LNC meetings

In finalizing the minutes I have been labeling the UStream videos to
make them actually usable to members - for instance day one was over
60 videos.  Day two only had a few but I put chapter markers in them.

When the room basically emptied out, I trimmed out the dead air from
breaks but on the break on day two, most the LNC stayed in the room.
And had conversations that were broadcast to the entire Party.  While
minority concerns may be a joke to some members of this committee, I
don't really think that should have been said while a video was going
and basically mocking my concerns when I am not in the room.  I will
not do that to you or to members I disagree with.  It was a very short
segment, but I heard it loud and clear and if any other member did,
they did as well.

That is your prerogative, but I would suggest that wisdom is the
better part of valour and that such things should probably be done
when cameras are not on.

I seek the Chair's direction whether or not to edit out that break.  I
will not make that decision.
