[Lnc-business] Potential Issue in Youth Engagement Committee Election

In the second round of voting for the non-LNC members of the Youth
Engagement Committee, one of the winners was Dustin Nanna, who is an
LNC member.  To me it seems clear earlier that the decision of the LNC
was to limit the LNC membership on this committee to just one member,
and that was Ms. Lee, elected the day before.  Perhaps there is more
wiggle room than I see - here are the links to the earlier proceedings
