[Lnc-business] List of objectives and questions

Attached is a document I put together making my wild stab at listing our 
priorities, attempting to describe goals we have implicitly set, and 
questions that came to my mind. As I am a freshman member of the LNC, 
I'm sure it's incomplete, that many are dumb questions or have answers 
easily found in the reports (I admittedly haven't read most of them 
yet), or have "history," but I did want to share in the interests of 
letting everyone know where my mind is at and what I may ask about at 
the meeting.
