[Lnc-business] DRAFT MINUTES - LNC Meeting December 1-2, draft 2

Attached please find draft 2 of the LNC minutes for the last meeting.  The
PDF is the complete document including appendices, and the word document is
just the minutes (minus appendices).

Please send me any comments or suggestions.

I had/have run into some technical difficulties (some of which Alicia and I
discussed offlist) with the insertion of the appendices in way that would
keep the headers and footers with page numbers intact - and this actually
took quite a bit of investigating and I now know more about some of the
foibles of Word and Adobe than I ever wanted to know.

The September OCR issues have been corrected as well, and hyperlinks added
to that document (i.e. clicking on any subject in the table of contents and
in internal references to appendices takes the reader to the correct
page).

As usual I thank Mr. Dehn and Dr. Moulton for their proofreading assistance.

If you go to the UStream, you will also see that I have indexed the video
for easy reference.  Once I determine a solution to have one complete video
(or two, one for each day), I will be adding hotlinks to the appropriate
places in the video where the topic of each subject in the minutes is being
discussed in future minutes.
