[Lnc-business] Call for electronic meeting

Parliamentary inquiries:
1.  If an officer or at-large missed the prior in-person meeting, and
misses an electronic meeting for this purpose, will that person be removed
from the LNC?
2.  If an officer or at-large missed the prior in-person meeting, attends
an electronic meeting for this purpose, and misses the following in-person
meeting, will that person be removed from the LNC?
