[Lnc-business] Motion to Censure

[Sam Goldstein]

It looks like an electronic meeting that involves most members, 
including the Chair, might not happen until February and some members 
would consider a Motion to Censure an adequate solution to the current 
issue.  We can then move forward to work on real LP issues and projects 
and forego an electronic meeting.
