[Lnc-business] Caryn Ann Harlos fundraising and membership recruitment

I get it, Caryn Ann. I do believe that if we have a human resource that is
very good at doing something we need, we should capitalize on it. It's just
that in this particular case, and possibly with others the fundraiser also
has a position and potential candidate status, that creates complications.
