In a separate note, Steve Scheetz kindly offered to participate in this
program. I'm replying to this particular note instead of his, in order
to keep some of my historical notes on this topic easier to find.
Attached is a draft of the plan in a bit more formal format for
feedback. Steve and others, take a look and let me know what you think.
I'll see what feedback you all have, think it over a bit, and then later
decide next steps if any.
