Dear Regional Reps,
I thank Caryn Ann for alerting you to the upcoming time period for
Regional formation for the 2018-2020 LNC term. Please note that
Regional Caucuses are on the tentative schedule for NOLA 2018 on July
1st from 6:00 pm to 6:60 pm.
As the COC member responsible for meeting room assignments, I would
greatly appreciate you advising me as soon as you have finalized your
Regional alignment for next term along with an estimate of the number of
delegates/alternates you are expecting at the convention. That will
allow me to preassign rooms for the caucuses and avoid the confusion
that has been the case at prior conventions.
Thanks and
Live Free,
