Thanks Sam and Caryn Ann,

I'm attending all the Region 3 conventions, and was just in Kentucky
this past weekend. (Dustin Nanna was also there)

LPMI has had their convention, and both LPIN & LPOH will have
conventions in May. I'll communicate with region 3 and let them know
that it's advised to get a regional agreement signed well before the
national convention. That this can be done starting in April.

Although, each state has a set number of delegates, the alternate
numbers vary. I understand that number helps with the regional caucus
room assignments.

Sam, is there a preferred deadline (a date) for getting the number of
delegates/alternates expected at NOLA, to you?

Cheers,

---
