I confirmed I did 14 this weekend. Since I have an ambitious goal of 150
before convention, I am trying to keep track. I have 42 so far.

LPMI has had their convention, and both LPIN & LPOH will have
conventions in May. I'll communicate with region 3 and let them
know that it's advised to get a regional agreement signed well
before the national convention. That this can be done starting in
     April.
Although, each state has a set number of delegates, the alternate
numbers vary. I understand that number helps with the regional
     caucus room assignments.
Sam, is there a preferred deadline (a date) for getting the number
of delegates/alternates expected at NOLA, to you?
     Cheers,

As the COC member responsible for meeting room assignments, I would
greatly appreciate you advising me as soon as you have finalized
     your
Regional alignment for next term along with an estimate of the
     number
of delegates/alternates you are expecting at the convention. That
will allow me to preassign rooms for the caucuses and avoid the
confusion that has been the case at prior conventions.

     that
the Party could elect someone at convention rather than me
     possibly

Membership recruitment went well with (I need to do a final
     count)
about 15 membership applications and one extra donation in
     penance for
        saying my name wrong.
I’m off to Oklahoma next weekend and hope to have recruitment
     success
        there.
One person has formally declared for Region 1 and another is
     likely to
next week and I am relieved of my worry of not leaving my region
        without strong potential reps.
I remind all the regional reps that starting the first week of
     April
you can get your regional agreements signed. I can tell you a
     near
nightmare when that was not done last term for Region 1 prior to
        convention.
