Justin, I'd be happy to co-sponsor and support your motion.
As several others have mentioned, there's now a committee that starts
the process, for consideration for providing funds.
Please look into what process the Candidate Support Committee has for
on-boarding candidates for consideration.
This process is new, so I'd recommend reaching out to the Candidate
Support Committee Chair, Sam Goldstein, (Or others on that committee) to
see how to get things rolling.
