I agree with Mr. Bowden. Mr. Merced's motion is a well-thought-out and timely initiative to address outreach needs and perhaps enhance our messaging technique strategy.
Pending the final version, I will co-sponsor the motion.

Alex I will get with you privately. A light went off for me in this last iteration, and I now enthusiastically support with more clarity than I had before, and I see you struggling with wording in the same way I was with the historical committee and empathize. This is a tough crowd.
