[Lnc-business] Connecticut Ballot Access Status/Update/Formal Request for Aid

This is ballot access. The CSC rules assume that the candidate
requesting help is already on the ballot.
I don't see any plan from the CT party for their part of this ballot
drive. I will oppose any contribution
on the party of the LNC which is not contingent on the state party
providing a significant percentage of
signatures themselves either through volunteers or their own fundraising
efforts. It should be no surprise
the the LPCT that they would need to petition for ballot access this
year and they should have a plan in
place two years ago to do so themselves.
