[Lnc-business] Connecticut Ballot Access Status/Update/Formal Request for Aid

This does appear to be ballot access to me. I will have to side with
Sam, however, and request that a plan be demonstrated that the state
affiliate is prepared to take on the bulk of the work. For the same
reason I made the suggestion that candidates must demonstrate they are
taking on the largest burden and must have raised a significant portion
of funds, so they are on primarily relying on the LNC for support.

If they can demonstrate the plan they have (volunteers already signed up
to assist, timeline of expectations, etc.) then I would be happy to
support. August is right around the corner, so there is not a lot of
time to get things rolling. It sounds like the general ideas are there
from the email, but I would feel more comfortable seeing the plan of
attack, so to speak.
