[Lnc-business] Region 1 re-formation

I am please to announce that all of the states have signed and Region 1
will comprise:

Alaska
Arizona
Colorado
Hawaii
Kansas
Montana
New Mexico
Oregon
Utah
Washington
Wyoming

I will turn in the signed agreements at the convention as our agreement has
the elected representatives sign off as well to agree to their
responsibilities to the region.

I am very humbled to have a been a part of this turnaround and to be trust
by Oregon to be back in the fold.  That is a highpoint of my LP life.
