Appreciate the input. Since it sounds like we may tackle how to move
forward on balloting/tabulation at the September meeting, or through
alternative proposals, and the consensus is only immediately handling
the JC issue, I'd like to seek co-sponsors for the following:

I move that the Libertarian National Committee acknowledge the election
of the following to the Judicial Committee for a four-year term: D.
Frank Robinson, Chuck Moulton, Darryl Perry, Ruth Bennett, Geoff Neale,
Jim Turney, and Tricia Sprankle.

I use the phrase "acknowledge the election of" instead of your
suggestion, Mr. Goldstein, because the LNC neither has appointment power
for the JC nor are they subordinate to the LNC. This is more in the
nature of our acknowledging the legitimacy of the new JC members.
