[Lnc-business] Region 1 on Judicial Committee

I am unsure if Steven has spoken to Region 2 but I have spoken to a vast 
number in the region and the conclusion is that there is frustration 
felt about the lack of time available to vote. With that being said they 
feel we as a delegation did the best we could with the amount of time 
allotted (essentially made the best of the worst). Due to this many, 
including myself, feel that the top 7 is appropriate pick for the JC.
