[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

I vote no.

I do this for several reasons.  I don't think we have this authority.  I
think we can informally do so, but see no authority to formally do so.  I
also am in protest at this long-recurring problem in our Party elections.

I am fairly certain it will pass.  I just can't put my stamp of approval on
it.

The least kludgey thing I would accept is the former JC just making the
decision.  Or some kind of poll or other pulse taken of the delegates.
