In the absence of Richard Longstreth - Region 1 Representative, until he 
can get back online:
I vote yes.

While I do have the same concerns raised by Caryn Ann, I was elected to 
represent Region 1. After speaking to the majority of the Region's 
Chairs, the general consensus was that this is their will.

I will, however, remain vigilant to do all I can to make sure we do not 
have a repeat of this issue in the future.
