[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

I will note that the only reason I voted yes is because that was what 
the majority of the states I represent said. I will not be silent, 
however, on the fact that the process was screwy, and I will be 
reminding for that breakdown by states until I can get that information 
passed on to those who requested in Region 1.

I understand that people are busy. I am one of them. It is now almost 
one week since the elections.
