[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

No John that is not what I’m suggesting.  I am stating the fact that we
kept saying the top five made it indisputably clear that the suspension
referred to the at-Large only

But I am suggesting a “second ballot” using the results of the first just
like we would have done “live”
