[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

Although the feedback I have received from members in Region 4,
including both Chairs, is to approve this email ballot, I would at this
time vote NO and make a separate motion to recognize the top five to the
JC, as the Bylaws specify that the JC is elected in the same way as the
At-Larges on the LNC. However, I am just an Alternate, so my vote
doesn't count and I can't make a separate motion. I just wanted to
voice my opinion and state for the record that at this time I would vote
NO on this motion. Thanks!

In Liberty,
K. Brent Olsen, Psy.D.
Alternate, Region 4
