[Lnc-business] At-Large Elections

I like that plurality voting allows minority voices to organize and have a
seat.  My objection in the present races of switching from majority to
plurality isn't that I think majority is better - it is that I think the
candidates run a different kind of race depending on the voting system and
it was fundamentally unfair to switch that under their feet.  Also there is
a strategy to voting, and it is fundamentally unfair to the delegates who
voted strategically in the first round to switch the rules under their feet.
