And I feel it incumbent to pass on a "rumour" (and it is just that - a
rumour) that is now being posted on social media.  The rumour is that the
vote for the last seat was a tie until Mr. Starr found an additional vote
for Ms. Mattson in CA.

Come on.  In what organization is it proper for the a person in the race to
do the counting assisted by one's spouse?

I don't believe there is credence to that rumour.  But this is exactly the
kind of situation we invite.

Come on people, the silence of the rest of the LNC on this is damning.

And the whole slate was very narrow - the one-vote one isn't the only
issue.  The whole spread was very close.
