All deviations used by staff from the original design presented or 
additional standards, including fonts, colors, placement, etc., have 
been approved by me after extensive discussion with staff.

So, to your question "who decided," I decided after discussing with 
staff and volunteers (including graphic designers) and of course all my 
decisions are subject to change by the chair or entire LNC.

A few key changes from original designs was using a darker gray (cool 
gray 11c instead of cool gray 9c). Things we printed with the lighter 
gray looked washed out. I decided to remove the text "Minimum Government 
- Maximum Freedom" from underneath the word "Libertarian."

Most of the decisions involving additional standards or changes weren't 
attempts at perfection; rather, they were more along the lines of "let's 
pick some standards and run with them so we can get all this new stuff 
designed and made, but let's also allow some flexibility as we expect 
things to change as we learn things like yellow doesn't show up on 
white, etc."
