So it was strictly a staff decision to make yellow and grey the
official colours?
And yes a style guide is for staff and national volunteers - we should
have one - and if there is not one yet - there *are no official*
decisions on anything but the logo. Its all been by the seat of the
pants.
That thesis paper has been distributed to volunteers with no official
repudiation of the claimed reasons for the colours - that is
problematic which is another reason we need something official.
No, this is not anything that anyone needs to worry about until after
November. I do think a committee or a group of staff needs to be put
together to create the style guide, and then that guide gets approved
by the LNC and THAT is the official decision on everything.
So far all we have is a "yes chicken" vote.
