Caryn Ann,

It seemed from your July 18 email message that you had realized the process
for auto-approving ExComm minutes was different from the process for LNC
minutes, but this timeline is a blending of the two different processes.

For LNC minutes, it's a comment period, followed by an updated draft, and
then auto-approval after the passage of time.

For ExComm minutes, it's much more streamlined.  There is no updated draft
phase and then auto-approval.  It's just first draft, followed by
auto-approval without objection.  The July 31 date was the
approval-without-objection date, not the end of a comment period, which
then starts another 14 days of approval-without-objection.
