Yes I saw that but it seemed to suggest an additional time period -
otherwise how else are issues corrected?  If there were corrections
during that first 14 day period - are those just made immediately with
the rest of that initial 14 day period given for additional comment?

Since the changes were stylistic only - and those were made, would
these then be auto-approved?  It seems like the streamlining doesn't
account for any changes -- and what to do if there are.  So it would
seem then - since all proposed stylistic changes were accepted and
there were no substantive objections, that this is then approved, is
that correct?

Can you please clarify?
