You can look back at prior emails to see how it went last term.
I tried to get my ExComm drafts out early in the 7-day period for the draft
production and start the auto-approve clock. That way, any requests for
changes could be incorporated quickly, and if necessary I could put out an
updated version still within the 7-day draft production time frame. I
treated the comment period as overlapping that 7-day draft production phase.
If a change request was substantive, I'd reset the auto-approve clock to be
14 days from the updated draft. If it was non-substantive, I'd leave the
existing clock running but offer to reset it if anyone asked me to.
