[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-19: AGREE TO "JC" DECISIONS

John, it is not finger-pointing - I have been very careful to say the
fault is OURS and not any one persons - mistakes happen.  Nothing bad
was meant - it wasn't malicious or devious.  It was simply being
human.
