Alex you sent me a response inadvertently off list that needs to be here
for discussion.
But I feel like I’m pulling teeth a bit to get a full picture.
What are the defenses to the challenge that require a lawyer?
There is not a clear picture yet - putting things on the list that are so
under-developed tends to lead to LNC members tuning out.
Perhaps PA needs to conference with its regional rep (or alternate) and
present a really clear proposal?
I fear this volleyball copy pasta of responses is doing more harm than good.
Also - where in the budget would this come from? Has a discussion been had
with Tim on that?
