[Lnc-business] Request from PA - Legal Assistance

I generally do side with making sure we can have candidates on the 
ballot in states, so I will be watching this to see what details come 
forward. Once we have a more complete picture, I will be more 
supportive. Let's get the details going and make sure we have everything 
ready to roll.
