Fokls, that last paragraph is confusing, I was on mobile, it should read: "Is
anyone familiar with php forums. I know they can be viewable by anyone but
posts can be limited to only members I'm just not sure what it would take
set up. I do not have the skillet to set to set it up, however - I'm
knowlegeable of a lot of computer things but can't do a lot of them. That
may be our best option to workshop and have transparent discussion.
