[Lnc-business] (Partial) mirror of backchannel discussion

I feel like making a resolution that states simply "RESOVLED That the
Libertarian National Committee is dedicated to representing the Libertarian
Party's membership" just to get your recorded vote that you won't.
Please don't pre-vote or turn down resolutions or motions before you've
even read them. That's not a good move for the next one year and 10 months.
Please consider considering everything even if you don't want to
participate in its creation.
