[Lnc-business] LNC goals for 2018 and the 2018-2020 term

I know we make LNC goals but I also suggest we make individual position
goals and share with each other.  I did that last term as Region 1 but
didn’t share with the LNC.  We do this in LPCO - create a “business
plan”for each board member and report on progress monthly - these
individual plans then help make the organizational one and inspire each
other and helps in succession planning.
