[Lnc-business] LNC goals for 2018 and the 2018-2020 term

Ive been working on some coalitions stuff and trying to help get some 
GOOD bills thru JC and Get some BAD bills stuck there. I hope to have 
some things to present soon that The LNC can stand in support of. I know 
the Yemin Bill last cycle didnt make everyone excited considering some 
of the launguage, I hope some of the new stuff will be easier to support
