[Lnc-business] Seeking Feedback: Membership Support Committee

2 questions:

1. Would 9 members be too large that it may encumber the committee (The blockchain committee is large but the motion had specific goals laid out so to focus a larger committee)

2. Would there be any reason to not have all the positions open to LNC and non-lnc
