[Lnc-business] Get to the facts on the Koerner thing

Here's what I said at the LNC meeting in December:

We did not send Mr. Koerner a counter proposal before the LNC meeting, 
though Nick considered doing so.

As part of that, Nick asked me to survey the LNC members who had 
received the proposal and ask them what, if anything, they thought the 
LNC should offer for the proposal.

LNC members responded; I relayed that info to Nick.

Nick decided not to offer Mr. Koerner a counterproposal, at that time, 
for two reasons: 1) LNC members' thoughts on the price they'd be willing 
to offer on the proposal were very diverse; 2) we were close enough to 
the LNC meeting that Nick thought it was best for LNC members to discuss 
this in person.
