[Lnc-business] Get to the facts on the Koerner thing

That being the case, we absolutely need Nick to submit a counter proposal
crafted by our input. Nick, if you'd like, you can share confidentially
with the LNC first for input but we have indeed done Mr Koerner a
disservice in light of this clarification from Lauren. Thank you, Lauren.
